About Us:

This new area Wicked River Outfitters is located on the north side of the historic Williston Lake, and in the heart of the game rich Rocky Mountains. This area holds a lot of appeal to a wide variety of activities, with many species in it, and multiple methods of hunting. We will be able to offer hunting (primarily), wildlife viewing, fishing, camping, horseback riding, and cabins for rent for the boaters on Williston Lake.

What makes us unique:

Grizzly Bear: We have researched this species within the area with every one that we could think of and every one came up with the same opinion that there is a good sustainable population. We can harvest a grizzly with either an ATV or on horse back depending on the location of the bears or the desires of our clients.We can offer 2 seasons for hunting, one in the fall and one in the spring. The spring season will run from April 15th to June 15th. The fall season will run from August 15 th to November 15th.

About our trips:

The grizzly bear tag is $1102.10 (Canadian). We have an abundance of Grizzly Bears with loads of color. We encourage each client to purchase a wolf tag on their hunt. Your final destination is Fort St. John, B.C. at which point one of our representatives will greet you.

Our history:

We are very willing to work with every one. Our comfortable base camps have good accommodations with foamies, wood heaters, and a cook. Our spike camps will have a wall tent with a heater in it so that every one can get dry and warm at night. Our purpose is to make your hunt safe, enjoyable, and fruitful. We will do everything we can, within the law and fair chase, to see that you get your game. Unless the hunt is booked otherwise, all hunts are booked as a 1 on 1 basis.
