Your Dreams are our Business! Cupped Wings Outfitting offers full service waterfowling hunts in the heart of the prairies, Manitoba's Interlake and Prairie Pothole Region. The Province of 100,000 lakes is world renowned for it's waterfowl staging areas, home of Ducks Unlimited's largest Habitat project “Oak Hammock Marsh”, and Delta Waterfowl's world famous Delta Marsh. 15 species of ducks including Mallards, Pintail, Widgeon, Gadwall, Canvasback and Redheads among others, 4 sub-species of the Canada Goose, as well as Ross’ Geese, Snow Geese, Blue Geese and Sandhill Cranes are abundant. What makes us unique:

With 8 full time and 3 part time people working day and night to bring off your hunt of a lifetime, you can be rest assured that no effort is spared. Numerous other locals and farmers are in contact with us on a daily basis as they travel and see birds changing fields. This allows us to keep track of thousands of square miles of agricultural land daily and get you on the best possible opportunities.

About our trips:

Our Waterfowl hunts run from the last week of September through November 1st. Our Fall hunts coincide with the stopover in our areas of the Hundreds of thousands of ducks and geese in the North American Central and Mississippi flyways adding to our already high resident bird population. New flights arrive almost daily dependant on weather, and the birds don't leave until inclement weather and freeze-up force them south at the beginning to mid-November. Our all-inclusive Hunt package is a 3 day/5 hunt package. This includes 3 morning hunts which as often as not have us packing up early with Canada limits and possibly a few bonus ducks or snows, and 2 afternoon hunts for ducks or later in the year possibly Snow Geese. We like to run things on a more personal level with a maximum of 6-7 hunters per group and at least one guide and one scouter assigned to your group to ensure the quality of your hunt and quickly remedy any concerns if they arise.

Our history:

Guiding and outfitting in his fathers various businesses since 1991, Craig started up his own outfitting business in 1997 and partnered with one of his fellow firefighters, Kevin Hay, in 2002. Kevin comes from a strong hunting background and has been hunting all his life with his father and brother and in the last 8 years also waterfowling alongside Craig every chance they get.
