At Trophy Safaris we believe every guest should stay on a full belly and we spare no expense when it comes to meals. Breakfast or Supper, it's all-you-can-eat every day. The kitchen never closes as even between meals, snacks and beverages are always available. Trophy Safaris is renown for it's quality and abundance of food, but more notably, for the high-end delights such as Farm-Raised Venison and Bison steak as well as top cuts of beef and pork. For the seafood lover, it is a tradition at Trophy Safaris for guests to dine on fine Atlantic Salmon, Lobster and Bay of Fundy Scallops. With our New lodge and large dining room, our hunters can expect even more comfort and freedom while enjoying one of the greatest hunts on the east coast.

New Brunswick bear hunting has grown in popularity in recent years, mainly because of the high quality of game being taken every year. Trophy Safaris New Brunswick bear hunting has produced leading results with as high as 100% success in some seasons. In New Brunswick, only a very few outfitters offer the range of service that we do, and go as far as we will. With a growing deer herd, Trophy Safaris is smack in the middle of New Brunswick's top deer hunting area. In the past four years light snow cover and an abundace of forage has allowed the deer herd to increase in size by leaps and bounds. Trophy bucks grow large here and a buck-of-a-lifetime is always possible. Because we want to bring back hunters to experience the much-improved hunt, we are again offering a NO KILL - NO PAY hunt for whitetails.
