About Us:

In northeastern Ontario beautiful Mattagami Lake is teeming with walleye, northern pike & whitefish with a few perch & bass thrown in for good measure. We are classed as semi-remote but also drive-in. We have 7 clean lakeside housekeeping cottages plus two boat-to outposts. All of our cottages have been recently renovated or rebuilt. We consider our camp to be high quality, rustic & affordable.

What makes us unique:

Wilderness at its best...miles from the rest. That's us. No neighbours. The main camp & Mattagami outpost are run by solar system with generator back-up. Nursey Lake is our former fly-in outpost. It is run by generator & propane & it is the only cottage on the lake.

About our trips:

We offer several affordable fishing packages plus black bear hunts. American Plan is available at the lodge along with licenses & bait. Our boats & motors are all newer & well maintained. They have the swivel seats, subfloors, fishfinder & 15hp or 25hp motors.

Our history:

A few years ago our camp started out with just 2 cottages that were built by Ken Green. The camp was then called Green's Wilderness Camp. The original 2 cottages are still there but renovated. The camp has now grown to 7 cottages, main lodge & 2 outposts. We love .
